Gil was previously a Senior Vice President, Business Executive with Bank of America in their Legacy Assets Group where he managed the Loss Mitigation organization. Prior to his role in Legacy Asset, Gil was a Senior Vice President at Countrywide Financial Corp., now a unit of Bank of America, where he managed the counterparty credit approval and risk process for Countrywide’s Warehouse Lending Division. Gil has also held the chief financial officer role at Landsafe (now a unit of Bank of America) and various senior financial positions at ABN-AMRO, primarily managing financial operations. Gil began his career as an Accountant and Consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Los Angeles. Gil was a Lieutenant Commander in the Israeli Air Force from 1986 through 1990. He holds a BA in Business Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an MBA from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business. Gil is a licensed CPA.
